At the drive thru they just tell you to ?pull forward? and then they ask for the money. It feels a little like a stick up. And I wasn?t gonna drivebackwards to get my food or just abandon my truck and go off into the woods on foot, so one of those interactions was completelyunnecessary.
America runs on Dunkin... Not a bad DD but sometimes a little slow. Although it's connected to a gas station, so it's definitely a convenient stop/location
This location has always had surprising ways of messing up. Today I got HALF an egg patty on my sandwich. Honestly, its an improvement.
I usually enjoy this place, but today’s staff member had a really bad attitude and even tried to argue with me about something I fully understood. Good customer service makes a huge difference, and I was on the verge of choosing somewhere else to eat.
I visited the drive-thru today and was disappointed by the unprofessional attitude of the woman at the speaker. I ordered a hazelnut coffee with a frozen texture, but she dismissed my request. When I asked if the machine was broken, she didn’t respond. I expressed that I didn't appreciate her rudeness and felt uncomfortable placing my order in that environment. Eventually, someone else came on and said they would prepare my frozen hazelnut coffee. It’s frustrating to encounter such negative attitudes, especially when it seems to reflect poorly on the establishment. I hope the staff can remember to treat customers kindly, regardless of their mood.
