Burgermonger - Wesley Chapel

Today ordered online, and one of the burgers was absolutely raw from inside! I was a regular customer at this point it was always good, but this time not. This is extremely unacceptable and a health risk.

The staff is very friendly and super polite. The burgers are delicious. I had the tradition? Monger Burger. The sauce is really good and they have a variety of toppings. I also had a side order of the onion rings that were not bad, but I prefer the frits I had during a previous visit. They seemed to be muddled with app or internet orders, so it took a while until our food came to the table, but no complaint. You also have a $5 burger all day ok Mondays. I'm definitely back.

So never was in this restaurant. We were looking for a good burger so we decided to give this place an attempt. The moment we came in? ve was also the moment we came out, but we decided to try it anyway. We were not greeted by the young crew and the place was completely empty, except for a couple. We had to ask to place our order(s). Young checkout was pretty nice, but not overly helpful for people who? ve has never been here. We ordered some burgers and pommes, quite expensive. The fries came out first and we almost had them gone before our burgers ever arrived. The burgers looked attractive and tasted decent, but nothing special, and the bungalow was served cold. The frits were really good, fresh and hot. Ketchup strain was cool. I pulled a hair out of my mouth eating my burger, which makes sense considering that all young people working there had both facial hair and long hair not covered in nets or something else to prevent this. My son ended with food poisoning and threw all night long and the next day. Our conclusion, we won? never back to this restaurant.

I'll be fair to the quality of food here. The burgers were good, not great. The quality of the ingredients was okay, but it wasn't worth the price. Not even close. The crowd for the price was crazy. We spent $42 in total. We had two burgers, a drink, a milkshake, a side of the onion rings and a cup of chili. The burgers were the smallest I ever had for $11. I could have gone into a sit-down restaurant with a server and got a cheaper burger and it would have been much bigger and more filling. The order of the onion rings was $4 and it came with 5 small onion rings. Is the price for onions and batters so astronotic that they can not give more than a few? The chili was $4 and was definitely from a can of any kind. Think about Hormel or something. It was disgusting. The milkshake was acceptable. The service: the people were nice enough and helpful, but the food came out as pieces. Tell me how my burger has beaten my chili and onion out of the kitchen for about five minutes. I don't want to eat burgers without sides. I want everything to be served right away. What kind of service does this offer? It has destroyed the experience. I also found a hair IN MY MOUTH while waiting for my onion rings to arrive and had to make my burger new. Madness. My qualifications for this review: I worked for 12 years at BOH numerous restaurants and I worked FOH for another 5 years. I will not be back to Burger Monger, based on the price: quantity ratio and the strange way food is served.

The best food I?ve had in months! The fries are PERFECTLY made and salted. The burgers are SO GOOD, perfectly grilled I?ve never had a burger taste so good. And don?t get me started on their shakes. Their strawberry shakes are literal heaven melted in your mouth. I?ve never been so happy eating somewhere the portions are GREAT. I?d eat here a million more times.
