Subway - Weslaco

This subway location is clean and well-maintained. However, some of the employees could use a friendlier attitude. That said, the sandwiches are quite good. I witnessed a staff member preparing a wrap for a drive-thru order, which included avocado. Instead of getting a fresh batch, she only put a tiny smear of avocado—about the size of what you'd get with a baby spoon. I found that quite disappointing. It makes me wonder what other corners they might be cutting. Knowing this, I won’t be using the drive-thru here anymore. If I have the time, I’ll definitely go inside to watch them make my sandwich.

Joseph is fantastic! He’s quick, friendly, and has a good sense of humor with the staff. He was very attentive to my order and to other customers as well. Overall, it was a wonderful and welcoming experience! Great job, everyone!

I visited the Subway on Westgate in Weslaco, and my experience was quite disappointing. The staff were unprofessional, and my toasted chicken teriyaki was served barely warm and made in a careless manner. While I was waiting, I noticed the employees using vulgar language while chatting with what appeared to be friends who were ordering ahead of me. One of the employees even twirled his cap around near the area where the sandwiches were being prepared, and at one point, he dropped it on the floor. Instead of properly cleaning it, he simply picked it up and dusted it off near the food preparation area. Overall, I will not be returning to this location.

Friendly staff! They put up with my boyfriend's weird order and didn't make a fuss or complain. Their cookies are the best ? overall great experience ????

The staff is very courteous and make a great sandwich. Highly recommended
