Luby's - Weslaco

I love the lubys in weslaco. they have good food management and my favorites waiter (jessie). he always treats me my family law. so we always sit in his section. I think the only hit or failure at lubys is the fish. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's just okay. but I'm always coming. I think they would do better if they had more vegan options.

I ordered a side salad for $2.99, a Coke, while my mother and aunt had regular entrees with coffee and bread pudding. I don’t visit often because it can be pricey for me. In total, I ended up spending over $38. However, we really enjoyed our meals, especially the bread pudding, which they both said was incredibly delicious!

I was a bit apprehensive about trying the breakfast after reading all the reviews, but I’m glad we went because it was fantastic! There was so much food, and the staff served generous portions. I really appreciate this kind of buffet style, where only the servers handle the food and not the guests.

The food is always fresh and delicious, with nice warm rolls. The staff is very friendly. I love dining there because it's also healthy.
