The customer service at this restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced. When I asked about getting parts and repairs for my phone, the staff immediately told me it would be too expensive and that no one in the area could fix it. They even questioned why I bothered trying to get it fixed and suggested I should have just purchased insurance for my phone.
The customer service at this restaurant was top-notch. They fixed any issues promptly and effectively.
