It tastes, but it was better. 1 year ago I would have given 5 stars but it no longer tastes so good

They were very disappointed today. From the 40 minutes for delivery was over an hour (we live about 5 minutes away)...The burgers were cold, the pommes were lassing and overall everything was not entirely through.The sauces tasted as if they had poured extra much vinegar into it. The delivery service also needs extremely long for very short distances. In the end we have cold, not completely fried food with approx. 25 minutes delay, which we were allowed to warm up again in the micro. Unfortunately, it wasn't at all. Unfortunately, it wasn't the first time that this happened, so this was unfortunately this assessment today.The pizzas are ok, also eat in if you don't order burgers. Delivery service, however, miserable. Therefore solid 2 stars. I don't think they'll order anymore.
