Mcdonald's - Wentzville

Every time I order a large frappe I get a medium frappe in a large cup filled up with whipped cream. The management here doesn't care. I have complained multiple times and nothing is done about it. I'm tired of getting ripped off.

It was a faded Sunday day in late December. Snow fell, slowly piercing the thin air surrounding my mitsubishi. My wife, son, daughter, and I were all listening to Mumford and Sons. I was driving the mitsubishi as we all sang in a coordinated, loving fashion. This was the perfect day. I pulled into the McDonald 's drive thru, planning to finish my family 's happy meal toy collection. Silly, we all ordered the Grimace shake. We were traumatized by a raspy, aaron boy voice within the midst of the silence. Yo, stop bringin ' yo fam to my work when i 'm hittin a blinker! it said. My daughter cried, and my wife shivered in my timbers. I 'm a pretty nice guy, so I asked him to be more patient. We pulled up to the window to see an emo, ear-ring scruffy haired boy. I won 't reveal his name (I only heard from the distance that it rhymes with eyes-A-uh . He snarled at the look of my car, and refused to look at me in the eyes. He just kept looking at my wife and daughter, making small, abrupt chuckles of rage to himself. Then he gave us our food, which was amazing thanks to the other responsible employees, but when we parked to check it, he kept airdropping us photos of Mumford and Sons concert tickets and asking us if we wanted to go. When we drove out of the parking lot, he ran to us, so we had to skidaddle pretty fast. This teenager, who I will not name, but his name starts with an I and likes the color green, sure is unique.

This McDonald's can never get an order right. This evening, I went through the drive thru and ordered a Big Mac and large fry. I had to repeat my order twice, and then when I got up to the window, they said a different name and order and had to correct them for the third time.Then, I got to the window to pick up my order they just handed it to me with saying a word to me.I drove off without checking my order since I was in a rush, which was my mistake. When I got home, I opened the bag and found 10 piece chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce and a medium fry.So, I overpaid and didn't even get what I ordered. I will not be going back again until they get their act together as there are a whole lot of better food choices in the Wentzville area that provides much better service.Oh, and the worst of it was the receipt that was put in the bag with my food was for a 99-cent coffee.Shameful for the wages that they have to pay their employees today and with the higher food costs that the consumer is expected to pay for quality food and services not given.

Above and beyond excellent customer service! Jennifer, I believe she's the manager, stopped at our table and asked if we needed anything and talked with us for awhile. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and quick. I highly recommend the McDonald's in Wentzville. It was really a good experience and I'd definately visit again!

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s I have Ever been too. We waiting in the drive through to get our food just to have them tell all the people behind us we have to switch to lane one and we were told to go to the back of the line. Decided to go inside first we’re literally no one was paying attention to the register. Finally ordered and got our food and realized I ordered a large lemonade which came it was looked like a medium cup. Went back in and had to walk behind the counter to get someone’s attention for them to tell me what I got was a large for lemonade. I am sorry a lemonade large is now different then every other large drink I can order? Where is that listed than a large lemonade is a different size? I will NOT be returning as this is most poorly ran McDonads I have ever been too.
