Manager was excellent and professional.All meat pizza was DELICIOUS,w/quality meat! I would have given it a 5 star if the toppings went more to the edge and not so much in the middle.If there was a garlic butter added,that could be used for the leftover crust.
The service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and well-organized. The food was fresh and served hot. The parking could use some improvement, but aside from that, everything was perfect.
I used to be a huge fan of Marco's, but lately, their service has really declined. The new app doesn't work on my iPad anymore, and when I try to use it on my phone, none of my payment cards are accepted. In the last few pickups, my order was ready 20 minutes later than promised. I've also stopped using their delivery service, as it's consistently late. On the bright side, the pizza is exceptionally good, so I'll continue to order from them for now.
Terrible experience. I waited over an hour for my pizza to be delivered, even though I was told it would arrive in 30 minutes. When I called to speak with a manager to discuss a possible solution, like a free pizza or a refund, all he could say was, "I don't think we do that." How can a manager not know the policies? This is unacceptable customer service.
