Kfc - Wentzville

This restaurant is not recommended. I recently ordered the chicken tenders and they were burnt and tasted awful, likely cooked in old grease that hasn't been changed in a long time. Overall, a very negative experience.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I was given the wrong food and did not receive a receipt. When I tried to return the food a few moments later to get the correct order, the manager refused to fix the mistake, claiming I could not prove what I had ordered despite acknowledging my order on the screen. When I asked for her name, she said Jane Doe, and when I requested the corporate number, she stated she did not have to provide any information. I'm pretty sure her name was Methany. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. We will never return to this location as they are ripping people off. ???????

While I was there the young lady behind the counter got yelled at over the soda machine. She handled it well and left the complainer speechless. The food was great, but it wasn't the best part of my visit!

Order was place an hour before pickup at 430 and scheduled to be picked up at 530pm. The order was over $80. Took them until almost 6pm to have ready and was only half of what was ordered. 100% would avoid. Never getting food from KFC again

I give this restaurant only two stars for the customer service provided by Liz, who took my order. I inquired about the freshness of the buns and was told they were not fresh. Liz was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable about her work. I had to confirm with another staff member at the window if the food was fresh. When I asked about the potcake not being under the heat light, I was assured by Liz that everything was fresh due to new management. Unfortunately, not everything was fresh. It is frustrating when businesses do not deliver the quality they charge for. I hope this is not a common experience for others as well.
