Dairy Queen - Wentzville

Always crazy busy and sometimes it's very long wait times, but you get rewarded with an awesome treat, so it's worth the wait.

The employees are proud to work here and it shows in every way. They make the food the way its ordered, the restaurant is always very clean, and the employees are always wonderful and helpful. I've only had a mistake made with my order once and that was apack of missing ranch. That's it. This place is the shining example of how these places should be like.

We ordered at 3:00 and didn?t get our food till 3:30 as we were waiting we noticed they were only worried about drive through and no one on the inside. We at her for. Wile and when we got our food it was cold and barley got any food of what we ordered.It also seemed Like they forgot our order cuz the dude looked at us and just started getting out food ready. If they continue toonly care about the drive through we will no longer come here because the service is not good bud it?s been multiple occasionsthis has happed here!

Four adults and two toddlers go in for ice cream around 7:15pm on a Friday night, the place was not crowded at all. We placed our order, was given a number and sat at a table. Within 15 minutes dozens of teenage kids walked in the door. Some were placingtheir order and others were just standing at the counter talking to the staff members. We waited another 20 minutes for ourorder. Finally very irritated, walked up to get our money back. The girl said she had to get her manager to give us our moneyback. Waiting for the manager, I watched the teenage customers taking selfies with the employees, several employees were notworking, just laughing and standing with the teenage customers. I counted at least 12 receipts hanging up to be filled. There isno way our order was not filled as we had been there for 35 minutes already and dozens of kids and a couple families had come inafter us, and some of the kids had gotten their order already. The Assistant Manager finally came up and said, ?Is there aproblem here?? He was a teenager himself! I explained that the group of kids hanging at the counter talking to his employees wasinterfering with other customers getting their order. He grinned at me and said, I can?t ask my customers to leave. I told himhe could ask them to have a seat and their orders would be brought to their table, and explain his employees have a job to do.He just smirked at me and said no I can?t. Seriously!!!! We left and I saw there were 11 cars in the drive through line, I feltsorry for those people. I?m sure they all didn?t expect the place was running on nothing but teenagers who didn?t want to beworking nor did they care about their customers. Will not go back.

Employees are not the friendliest. Waited in drive-thru line, had to park after paying and still had to go inside to get our order after waiting another 10 minutes for them to bring it out. In addition, our order was incorrect.
