Culver's - Wentzville

I got my granddaughter a kids meal burger and fries, she kept saying the burger was gross so I took a bite, it made me throw up, it tasted and smelled like rotten tuna, idk how they separate their beef and fish, but whatever they’re doing isn’t good enough it was disgusting! We also got concretes vanilla and chocolate which were really good, but I’ll never return because my stomach turns thinking of the smell and my granddaughter is still sick, i hate that I had her eat this! I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone ever!

Food is always great, however they have a “second” drive thru lane which is just an employee repeating your order 5 times to someone inside ringing you up. Not at all effective.

Missouri's version of Whataburger, meaning it was delicious

The last few times going to this place has been very disappointing. My order is always missing something, have to ask multiple times for condiments and the girl in the window is always rude. My double cheeseburger this time had two very small patties that don't even look like the same meat. Threw the entire meal in the trash. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here.

UPDATE 3/3/22: filled out a complaint, Claire the manager emailed me asking for my address to send coupons to make us for it and they haven’t shown up and she hasn’t responded to my emails. VERY disappointed! ordered ahead for a curdside pickup and chose my time as 25 minutes in advance. when i got there on time, it was an extra ten minute wait, which is whatever because it was the lunch rush. however, my cheese curds were undercooked and my mushroom swiss burger was inedible due to the insane amount of grease on it. it had actually soaked through the cardboard of the box it came in and i had to set in on the floor of my car. i couldn’t even hold it because of how slick it was. not to mention it was also stone cold! such a shame because i love culvers but this one just is not it.
