Bring back the old salmon poke bowl please! The new recipe is nowhere near as good, and the salmon wasn’t as fresh either.

New management came in a few months ago but don’t think the owner knows how to manage the business well enough. Get more staff! We waited 40minutes for coffee and food to come out! Even worse, the food was cold. So understaffed and unorganised that I saw another customer going to the kitchen and bringing the food herself. With every minute passing, the faces of other customers waiting was hilarious. Just . as their expression the whole time. Father in law got a long black. It was just like hot water. Asked for another shot in it (they gave it for free thankfully). Still bland. Not sure how you get a long black wrong. Never going back again. Owner need to do something about it or else they going bankrupt within the next few months. Previous management was better. Good luck.

Good option for lunch but not for breakfast. Poached Egg was not anywhere near fresh and the bread was stale. This was Easter Sunday which most likely affected deliveries however Lab would have better better off not offering these options as I will not return for breakfast following this experience. I am a long time customer 2019 to 2024, and the only think I ever order is the Salmon Poke bowl. Recently they changed the menu and the pole bowl recipe was not great. However today the new manager made the OG recipe. It was amazing. Thanks and I hope to see it regularly back on the menu. The best pole bowl in Australia Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I shared feedback with the restaurant about the new menu and changes in the recipe of the poke bowl. Guess what? They specially made me the original poke bowl with salmon sashimi, crunchy kale,, avocado, and a Sesame wasabi dressing on a bed of wild rice. Thank you for making me the old recipe and really appreciate you guys going above and beyond with this special order. Service: Dine in
