Dona Juanas Tamales - Wenatchee

It was between Doña Juanas and this other Mexican restaurant, we decided on Doñas because we know we will be getting FRESH food. The service is great and the food is so delicious! They pay attention to your needs and make sure everything's perfect. Drinks are really good too!! One of my favorite places to eat for sure.

First time eating here and this place is as authentic as authentic can be. Definitely, a great place to eat authentic Mexican food and service was friendly as well. I'm going to be in town 5 days and hopefully can stop by at least one more time.

I like this food. Good tamales but you need to seriously block out time to go there. EVERY TIME we go there it takes so long to get your order. Today we waited 35 minutes before I asked what the status was and they said they had no idea what time they would be done. And that there were other people in front of us... But... That was total a lie. Everyone else in there (and its a small place) has their orders. Take some ownership of your behind and tell us. Sadly. I'll take me TIME some other place.

There are many very good Mexican restaurants in Wenatchee, but Dona Juanas is my wife and my favorite. The service is always welcoming and attentive. There's a great variety of very tasty food--including legendary tamales. Authentic, home-style, delicious!

The food is truly delicious and authentically prepared. The tortillas are made fresh to order, and every dish is delectable! It's a bit hidden on the avenue, but definitely worth seeking out!
