I’ve been coming to Shisha shake since it opened! Jay is a very good manager, sometimes the prices change but let’s be honest it’s all business! The flavours are greattt! And the premium the good for the price and worth it! Zeus and Dillion are on it with there job! And always makes sure your coals are changed! Secondly jasmine makes sure your glass is never empty! They provide chilled music RNB, GRIME. Throwbacks and popish tunes! They have a big screen for the football games, and 2 for one cocktails till 7. They have pack of cards so it’s chilled and fun! Flower wall, cosy lights above your head, and the best asset the heaters above it really really keeps me warm in winter and autumn ! I live in St Albans and I don’t even travel to london or other places because the service and ambiance is so blissful here! You should try it out!! X They also are connected to a Indian style restaurant that serves food from 5pm and you can also eat in the restaurant! X

Amazing service, excellent shisha and friendly staff (Dillion Yasmine). They have Sky Sports AND BT Sports so is a great place to relax and watch the football!

Owner clearly doesn’t care about business, poor shisha quality and dirty area, staff don’t know what they are doing

I came to shisha shake a few weeks ago with a few friends and was served by a young girl- Redonna, she was very friendly and had a welcoming personality which made us all very happy to be here, from the moment i got there to the moment i left she was always available if we had any enquires and what i thought was really good is when she changed the coals every so often she would ask how it was which made me realise that she cared about how we thought the shisha tasted as when i've been to other shisha lounges if there is smoke coming out the never cared to ask if we were enjoying it but at shisha shake i noticed and appreciated that they cared about how we felt. i will be recommending this lounge to everyone as the customer service along side the quality of the shisha was amazing.
