Pizza Express - Welwyn Hatfield

I had a great experience at Pizza Express, where I enjoyed their vegan menu. The Vegan pizza Veneziana was incredibly delicious and I couldn't resist coming back for more. The carrot cake was also fantastic, moist, and fluffy, although the portion size was a bit small. The service was quick, almost like an express service, and the staff was very friendly. Pizza Express is now my favorite spot in WGC.

I placed an order for pick up at 6:30 PM. It was a simple order of 3 pizzas and 2 sides. The restaurant was busy, which was expected for a Saturday night, but any good establishment should be able to handle the crowd. We arrived just before our pick up time, provided our order number, and then waited. However, we did not receive any acknowledgement or updates on our order. We waited for 40 minutes and didn't receive our food until after 7:00 PM. Other customers waiting for their orders were also frustrated. The manager was dismissive and rude to one lady, and the staff were heard cursing about customers in front of us. This poor customer service made for a very disappointing experience. When we finally took the food home, we found that the pizzas were undercooked and the halloumi was undercooked as well. Overall, it was a very poor dining experience.

Food was amazing, the waiters we had handled our table so well, one of them was even playing games with the 6 children we had was 100% worth the visit and worth going back

My family and I visited today, and it was a warm welcome service. The food was very good and highly recommended
