Kfc - Welwyn Hatfield

Three times I have tried to order a delivery from this business and three times they have failed to send the complete order, absolutely unusable and recommend to take away unless they are ready to sit and check every single element as they are missing...something

Hallo, I went to kfc in hatfield, first my pommes were hard, I talked to the staff at the window and I was told them that these pommes were hard. she told me that this was the fries of our...obvily I was already at kfc and I have never had this quality so I asked her to change it. I then came to home and the piece of hugging that I got was burned and dried that's ridiculous I spent I was better off to mc donald because that's what I'm going to do right now.

I just went the drive through tonight was said that there were no fizzy drinks (not a problem for me) for eating only paid to the exceptionally rude girl throwing the bag of eating through my car window on me. I'm not after a refund or indemnification, I just hate unnecessary rude behavior from no reason. I always like kfc eating great, but she really left herself and the whole Hatfield store. please talk to her, this is not acceptable! visited

I rarely visit this restaurant because the chicken burgers are consistently overcooked. It's disappointing.

Ordering through the Ubereats app was convenient. Our food arrived in about minutes and was both warm and tasty. The only issue was that one of our items was missing from the box. We reported this through the app and received a fair refund.
