Asda - Welwyn Hatfield

Just visited Asda in Hatfield I didn’t catch his name but the man filling up the bread shelves this morning was very kind and helpful. He checked in the back for teacakes I couldn’t find although he was busy. As I was shopping for someone else this saved me the trek of going to another store to try to find some. He is a credit to your store. Thank you

Tried to send this report to Asda but the Asda site would not accepr it Yesterday I went to cook a chicken purchased in your store on Monday (use by date was 16th), discovered the bag had leaked into the fridge, not sure about the smell. cooked it in the pressure cooker, could not eat it, it stunk. This was the last straw, this is one of a series of issues I have with the store, in the past year we have returned a leg of lamb for the same reason. We have had to sort through tinned goods to find undamaged tins, packs of 12 pack pedigree tinned dog food had damaged cans, (discovered when unpacking at home), vegetable bruised when unpacked. Witnessed staff just chucking vegetables on the shelf, dropping cases of biscuits on the floor from trolleys to stack on the shelf the same with packs of tins. We get the impression some staff members seem to resent working there and taking it out on your products. We as customers suffer the consequences of these actions. You have camera 's and can clearly witness staff actions please sort it out. The date and time experienced was when I cooked your rotten chicken. Fridge was checked and operating within its thermometer safe zone, cross checked with IR Thermometer, in fact, the fridge had to be completely cleaned out after the juices leaked from the bird packaging .

Poor service! Full of promising stuff which is not doing their job and just talking one to each other! They even don’t know where you should look for a tin of sweet corn! Their delivery charge are so high and when You order something they don’t have in every purchase something! Strawberries yellow like a bananas disgusting! Raspberries rotten at the time of delivery! Even some drivers doesn’t update in system that You handled back something so you dont get a refund for that!!!

BEST PIZZA EVER amazing quality food. The best pizza i have ever had. Definitely a fav. I don’t understand why it closed.

Average food, some of it well overcooked some not well enough. Service slow to static. Do get a good cup of tea/coffee though.
