Short Stacks - Wellington

The first place locals go school after some church services . Bigger, newer one in COSTCO plaza. we have big going since the first one opened and I can’t remember how many decades ago that was.. Order what you want even if it’s not on the menu, add stuff have it prepared however you wish. Glad to oblige with no drama..

While waiting for an appointment in Wellington, my Honey and I decided to check out Short Stacks. Everything was great especially the Cuban Sandwich which I have made it a personal crusade to pursue the perfect Cuban Sandwich. This Cuban sandwich made it into the best tasting top 3 ever in Florida. In view of the fact that they were short on waitresses, Amber (the owner) and David the server did an admirable job of picking up the slack.Good job.

First time coming to this place and it was amazing! Came on a sunday (known for normally long wait times for most restaurants in the area due to church) and was sat down fairly quickly. Server was great and attentive, food came out in a timely manner and tasted AMAZING. Definitely one of my new favorite breakfast spots for the weekend now!
