Franco Italian Bistro - Wellington

The restaurant is very popular and was super busy. it was very loud and we had a hard time communicating with our waiter because we couldn't hear each other. it took a long time to see our server. he was very nice, he was just overcommunicated with customers. they need more waiters. that was okay. it was good, but didn't blow us away. I was expecting more because it is obviously a popular place. Maybe we didn't order the better escape. we had the cacio e pepe and the avocado salad. we also ordered dessert. the Cannoli court was good. it was 1 cannoli. the black forest cake was a small gland. we did not understand what the whole hype around this restaurant was when eating, service and ambiente were simply in order. we will try again to see if other dishes are better.

I had the avocado salad with laughs: perfect fresh sweet, excellent dressing, generous portion perfectly grilled salmon. my wife ordered pasta alfredo with huh: excellent pasta, stormy part of the Alfredo sauce, and a less than generous portion huh, 4 small morsel. the usual freshly prepared and tasty cannoli. expert and attentive service, beautiful ambiente in well equipped sitting area outdoors.

Service was excellent. Food was delish! Will definitely go back again.

Unfortunately the food at this previously wonderful restaurant has declined. I hope with changes, the restaurant will return to its high level.
