Dunkin' - Wellington

If I could give zero stars, I would. My orders are consistently messed up at this location, and I can't understand why it's so difficult. It's time for a change in management and staff to properly take care of this place. With a Starbucks nearby, this restaurant should be doing everything right. Today, I ordered my coffee with 5 creams and 8 sugars, and I received it with NO SUGAR at all. I also asked for 2 bagels with cream cheese—one with roasted and one without—and only received one with cream cheese. Someone needs to help this place!

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. I always try to give them another chance since they’re conveniently located near my daughter's school, but today was the final straw. First, we waited over five minutes just to place our order, and then my coffee was still wrong, despite them confirming the order with me. To make matters worse, they handed us two spoiled Coolatas for my kids, which we ended up having to throw away as soon as we got home. There were only two staff members working, and instead of attending to customers, they spent most of the time chatting while we waited at the window. It's absolutely ridiculous—don't waste your time or money here; they’re a complete joke.

I? ve has never done such an assessment before, but that was the worst customer service I experienced at any Dunkin? Donuts ever. Ordnete by driving through and they were extremely rude and gave a lot of attitude to my friend who is extremely polite. We just wanted two very simple coffees (hot coffee with cream and ice cream with caramel) and they were interrupting before they had finished talking. You could hear the lady in the background and make very rude comments and interrupt the guy who takes our order. They gave us passively aggressive drinks and didn't even give us a reception. I also like sweet drinks, but the ice cream coffee order tasted like he had no coffee. It tasted like a caramel and cream I couldn't even drink. I've never seen anything like this before and was very shocked.

They sweeten my drink EVERY time when I ask for UNSWEETENED. I repeat myself more than once every time and still drive away with a sweetened drink and wasted money. IM DIABETIC AND CANT HAVE SUGAR. They should also work on their attitudes. Have a good time messing up everyone?s drinks that they wait 15 minutes for because you won?t be seeing me or my family any more!
