I've been visiting this restaurant with my family for years, and I always order the same meal because it's consistently cooked well and delicious. However, during my most recent visit, I was really disappointed. I ordered my usual two large chicken noodle soups, but to my surprise, neither of them had any noodles! How can you have chicken noodle soup without the noodles? It was such a letdown. Despite that, I still enjoyed the food overall; it just made me sad not to have my noodles this time.

The restaurant is always clean, quick, and pleasant. Everything on the menu is top-notch!

We have been ordering takeout from this restaurant for four years, and everything has always been good, which is why we keep coming back. However, during our last visit, the pasta was dry with no sauce. When I ordered tonight, I mentioned that issue, and they asked if I wanted extra sauce. I replied that I just wanted it prepared the way I always do. I even had to add olive oil to my husband's Primavera. We really go out of our way to eat here, but maybe we won’t anymore.

Been going here for over a decade. The chicken sandwich might be the best sandwich Ive ever had. Super simple, super tasty. The bread is one of a kind. The smoked chicken pasta is also A1. The associates are the best and super nice. I always recommend CR Chix to everyone.

I recently had an issue with my order for the first time, but I reached out to your team, and they responded promptly. I spoke with the manager, who was outstanding and quickly addressed the situation. This is how customer service should be! Thank you and your staff for consistently providing a great experience, whether I’m ordering online or in person.
