Drive through can be quite busy at times, but they always have fast service and always get my coffee with a smile

I would rate this place 8 out of 10 for consistency, but I often find myself asking the staff to make me another coffee because the taste isn't quite right. It seems like the sugar machines aren’t dispensing the correct amount, and they probably haven't been replaced since the place opened. I really hope they consider getting new machines so I can enjoy the coffee I’m paying for! The staff is very understanding when I ask them to remake my drink, which is a plus. Overall, the free refills are a nice touch!

The wait was quite long, and it seemed like there weren't enough staff at the front, as the two people working there were really slow. However, the bagel was delicious.

There was a wrong communication in the car. So I came in to get what I thought I was missing. it was completely my fault! They showed me the reception and fixed it anyway, although it was my misunderstanding! the team was so sweet and every time I went into her, they went beyond and beyond. I need to remember bringing money so I can tap them all. they deserve it? best location in welland safe!
