There for lunch on a sunny summer day and found a table under a tree. very good carving and dessert a speciality this souffle known as salzburger nockerl. very friendly service.
I was in wine for a professional meeting, and the night of our arrival we had dinner in the ederer gasthof. the place looks a little strange, but the whole thing is pretty. a mixture of tradition and modern furniture is the most peculiar character of. the quality of the foods already overwhelms the atmosphere and the environment. I started with a traditional scarlet soup with pagansterz, a kind of pork soup with buckwheat slush: excellent, without further comment. as a main course I had a pink roasted bark back with speck beans and maislaibchen, a very soft pink roast beeffilet with speck, drilling and maispatties: again excellent! I have closed with a chocolate cake, good, but probably are not desserts the specificity of the house. the service was error-free and the price appropriate, compared to the overall quality.

Es war meine erste Geschäftsreise nach Weiz und ich bekam die Empfehlung im Hotel Ederer zu nächtigen. Die Lage des Hotels mitten im Grünen ist eine angenehme Abwechslung, wenn man sonst immer in Großstädten unterwegs ist. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. die Wlan-Geschwindgkeit war in Ordnung. Abends war ich dann von den Geschäftspartnern im Restaurant eingeladen. Sehr gute und vor allem große Speisenauswahl. Die Gastgeber und das Personal kümmerten sich sehr gut um uns. Kulinarisch eines der besten Restaurants seit langer Zeit.Ich kann diese Hotel nur empfehlen!
