We were familiar with their visit there, but we must also reserve it very early in advance for several weeks, which unfortunately is not always possible in terms of professional and private terms. So we went to number safe and reserved on our free day, 4 weeks in advance. In the interior, the industrial style is well adapted to the predetermined structures very harmoniously. The exposed brick walls, spray a rough charm of a beautiful arc to the former destiny of the building. The floor-to-ceiling windows leave a lot of light in the building.In front of the restaurant there is also a nice terrace area for guests. Mobiliar is held in straight line without a lot of buckling, almost Scandinavian design, padded by fresh flowers on the tables. The kitchen is openly integrated into the restaurant, so you can watch the kitchen staff when preparing the dishes. The concept is somewhat different here than usual, a menu is available here in vain, a seasonal menu with exclusively regional ingredients in 3 variations, either meat, fish or vegetarian, with appetizer or soup, salad and dessert or cheese variation. The menue suggestion changes weekly. We opted for the meat variant of the menu offered, plus soup and dessert we are both gourmets 1. Gang Sauerampfersuppe terrific,toll! 2nd Gang Saladvariatin well 3. Gang Odenwälder Gockel with fried asparagus,Kartoffelstampf and Estragonsauce a Gaumenschmaus 4. Gang fruit tart with Rhababersorbet a dream with delicious homemade ginger, lemon limo and forest master limo wonderfully refreshing. Innovative kitchen crews that go on successfully new paths, but one should definitely pre-order that the excellent image of the bistronauts has already been widely discussed. Absolute recommendation in Weinheim. Very engaged team. Only one menu available starter, salad, main course vegetarian, meat or fish to chose, desert or cheese. Change every couple of weeks. Focus on local available products. Open kitchen you can watch the chef preparing the meals....Very professional every step is performed in perfection.
What an atmosphere, great music, great wait service, and the food is up to the challenge. For a small town, this place has a big city feel. Worth the visit!
