Bidrage med feedbackWho is cultivated with the car from the charming place weingarten is an excellent wine from Baden-Württemberg, which immediately falls on a very picturesque factory building. the so-called Walk`sche house. built in the 15th century, the original walls are fired even further in the year 1700, then rebuilt and used for a long time only as accommodation for dealers and craftsmen. 1983, from the floor to the sanitary complex, the house now houses a romantic hotel and two restaurants with an upscale kitchen. a large terrace, which today extends over the next beach, with beautiful weather, encouraged us to take our lunch until 14 o'clock 30. stilbruch is the name of this newly opened local, with a highly praised chef. a really friendly young woman brought us the card right away. there are few foods, but it reads very appetit. for the great hunger some meat and fish dishes, about 20 euro. for the small starving different salads and appetizers around the 10 euro. I decided to make a spatula salad with raw ham and various leaf salads for 10 euro 50. my man a small part of bratkartoffeln with bloodworst and apple for 8.50 euro. a perfect taste experience for both of us. it could not have tasted better. for the little starving that we had completely sufficient. the raw ham a dense, and my man liked the little apples on the bratkartoffeln, sometimes something different than wobble. here we are happy to come back, unfortunately we cannot describe the guest rooms because we were only on the terrace. my man was still looking for the sanitation department and never wanted and cleaner.

A silvester we celebrated an excellent kitchen party at the Walk’schen house. everything was absolutely great. organization perfect, kitchen and restaurant with three stars,! wine selection regional and international a pleasure. so that we can get the highest score 1 .
On the occasion of my new registration on this site also a small commentary to this house, which I visited a few weeks ago. decorated on the cuisine of the gourmet restaurant with a Michelin star in this house, there is really nothing to criticize. the chef sebastian syrbe is simply a master of his profis. each of the courses we ordered was technically really perfect even if I had tasted the one or the other ingredient etwsa differently. but this is also a taste. but a very clear and clear thumb high. This image also fits not only the man who works at our visit from the service, who is not only very competent, but also very pleasant and equipped with a beautiful humor. only the environment I feel as regular crawling. which can be made to the order picker with a very attractive technical processing from the construction plant by completely misguided hang. wounded, but not skillful! Not only from today's appearance, the completely old-baked and dusted, but since its opening in front of approx. 30 years. only the bach terrace of the star-free second place, in which, by the way, can also eat very pleasantly (I just remember a really excellent thun fish carpaccio) offers a really pleasant environment. this second-local should only be visited if you are sure that you can sit outside as the interiors of this local are also less inviting. really a pity that I don't deserve the otherwise four or even five stars due to the environments of the interiors of the really excellent kitchen from herrn syrbe.
