Pizzeria Restaurante Pegasus

Hands down the best pizzeria in the area! Friendly staff. Great view of the airfield to watch airplanes while we eat. The English menu is always a plus for us Americans.

The restaurant is located next to the tower on a small aircraft field. I have dined here many times over the years. They changed management and kitchen staff a few years ago, but the food is still good. My wife and I ate there this...past weekend. The place was crowded (read: popular), but we did not wait longer than usual for anything. We have never ordered anything that was not good to great. I especially enjoy their mussels when in season, but we eat there throughout the year. Although located in Germany, the staff is almost all real Italians, and this is reflected both in the atmosphere but especially the food. The view over the grassy field is very nice, and they have a patio for outside dining during nice weather. All in all, it is a very enjoyable dining experience.

Pegasus is my husbands and my favorite place to get our Italian fix. Service has always been outstanding and the food is amazing! The place is a bit hidden and in the middle of nowhere but it is well worth the time and effort to...find it. Make sure you call in for a reservation before you go especially if you go for dinner. this place is always packed!

Had a work lunch with colleagues and it was excellent. Good food, drinks, friendly staff. Appropriate price too.

Hands down the best Italian meals I ever had, its kind. The staff is very nice. Expect to be there longer, there is no rush. I'm absolutely back.
