Torchys Tacos - Webster

I just don 't like it here. Over priced tacos and drinks. My waitress was amazing but this place just sucks each time I go my stomach is always upset. I 've been here twice..food posing twice.Food: 1/5

I’ve been doing to Torchy’s for many years and started going to this location as soon as it opened. I have always loved Torchy’s and it’s where I go to get breakfast tacos all the time. Recently, I have been making to go orders on the app and every time I arrive, my food isn’t ready. The last time I ordered to go, I did not receive my food until 30 minutes after the time that it was supposed to be ready. This made me extremely late for an obligation that I had and I spoke to several employees and they just kept saying “we’re making it now,” and later on I was told that someone must have already grabbed my food off the shelf. If you can’t prevent people from taking other people’s food, you should really go back to having the to go pick up at the counter like it used to be. I always order ahead and arrive exactly at the time I’m supposed to, but I always end up waiting 15-30 extra minutes.

I love torchy’s but at least 4 times at this specific location, I’ve gotten food with a hair in it. It’s so gross! I’ve gone to chipotle so many times other places too) this has never happened but this location seems unsanitary. Hair in tacos is not okay!Food: 3/5

Torchy's never disappoints. I usually get the Crossroads and Baja Shrimp. The Wrangler is delish for breakfast with potatoes. Check out the secret menu online and the taco of the month for some whopping big tacos. The queso is ?Food: 5/5
