Five Guys - Webster

This restaurant has a great location and the staff is always attentive. However, the online ordering system has significant issues. It's frustrating when none of the payment options work, including gift cards. Unfortunately, this meant I had to call in a large order instead. I know from my time in the food industry how challenging that can be for the employees, but the person on the phone handled it well.

The food was too greasy plus I ask to add onion and pepper on hot burger they didn't even grill it had to removed both from sandwich. Will not order there anymore food too greasy for my liking.

I ordered from here directly before they moved to their new location over the street. I've never been to five guys. they had a grilled cheese ad that came on my Facebook feed again and again, and it looked good, and it got me. I am vegetarian, and so is my mother, and I have shared the collection on the side and the order with her. we have the grilled cheese and the veggie sandwich and big pommes because I have heard big things about them. the grilled cheese was okay. I'd get it back, but I wouldn't get out of this. I liked the veggie sandwich better, but I ordered online and took some of the veggies away. the load called me and thought it was a mistake, lol. it wasn't, and it was good. it was more like a blt without speck. If I come back, I'd get it back. but the pommes; they were very disappointed for both of us. they were somehow burned, a little soggy and not very good at all. I was surprised because I thought they were big. curbside pickup was very easy. it is a great option during the COVID times.

This is my new favorite burger joint. It surpasses all those burger joints that Rochesterians covet. The fries are even excellent.

This location is the best environment. Fast, friendly and delicious burgers. I want mine to have done a certain way and to keep them.
