Bidrage med feedbackI ordered the firehouse steak and cheese, but the meat didn't taste like steak at all. The sandwich was also served cold. While I was waiting, one of the employees came over with a large handful of bubbles, threw them in the air, and started playing with them while the other staff member was preparing my sandwich.
I’m an enthusiastic customer who really wanted to love this place, but I’ve been let down repeatedly. I've given it three chances since it's close to me, and each time was a disappointment. The sandwiches just aren’t made well. The quality is inconsistent, and they don’t taste as good as they should. The bread is tough, and the sandwiches are served cold when they should be hot. The customer service also doesn’t compare to other locations.
What she didn't realize is that I am currently on strong medication for a chronic illness, which has significantly diminished my appetite over the past month. That small sandwich is all I can typically manage to eat in a meal. I didn’t want to disclose my situation in the middle of the restaurant, and honestly, I shouldn't have to. It was embarrassing to be treated as if I didn’t understand the menu. This was an extremely insensitive interaction, and I believe the staff needs better training on how to approach customers about their orders. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.
The young man in the store is there. And that during lunchtime. If people don't get to work, I think the owner should be there. He had a great attitude and helped me with my order.
The service was pretty bad, I ordered for myself and the family. And my husband didn't get what he requested because they were out. I ordered large drinks and they were out also so we had no choice but to get small drinks. And I ordered sugar cookies and they only had chocolate chip. The place was clean but under staffed. Even though I put in my order online it had 7 people waiting in line. I felt that the service was decent, the lady communicated well but because of how much was out and how behind they were wasn't her fault. The company should have more workers and the workers their should be able to show online what products were out. I've been here before and didn't have these problems. Hopefully if I go back it will be taken care of. I would still recommend this place for lunch but to dine in and not order online just so that you can know what your getting because I didn't receive money back, I just could get other options only. It's a cool place to take the kids because of the firehouse decor and dinner appeal.
