They pay too much for something that did not do as they asked during the day
Very dirty. manager was rude and racist. the water in which they hold their spoon is dirty and dirty. I asked for a refund for the extremely bitter coffee and they refused to say that they were “not in the position” when I know that this is a complete lie. the most terrible customer service I've ever experienced at a dunkin. ‘
It's a dark. eating is always good. service to time slow, but the staff is always friendly.
