Bidrage med feedbackSeriously eggcelent food. Layla is now on our list of places to come back to when we are in town.Good service, clean and chill atmosphere, and really really good food. They were super accommodating to dietary restrictions too! Our server went the extra mile to make sure it was all the way we needed it to be.Dietary restrictions: We have lots of food restrictions, so it was really awesome that they were able to accommodate us with a gluten, soy, dairy, pepper, and citrus free, low histamine fish that was delicious.
On April 1, Layla's interwebs were down but they still accepted online orders. When we arrived for pick up, they said, whoops, they couldn't make our food but we would be refunded.A week later they refunded us everything BUT the tip. After several unhelpful phone calls, they still refuse to give us the full refund. They were also truly rude over the phone, implying I'm the annoying one for asking.I don't care if it's only a tip this is stealing. Shady, lazy, poor management with overpriced food to boot.
I really like Layla’s burgers and fries. My fave burger is the Fungus Amongus. I am a fan. The Webster location has a more comfortable space.
Soooooo happy to be able to come here after the location in the grove closed. I came for brunch and couldn't make a decision because everything sounded so amazing. Ended up sharing a few things and I have to say the one that stood out was the spicy chicken sandwich (can't remember what it's called). I'm thrilled to be able to get their veggie burger in the future because it's probably the best I've had in St Louis (from the grove location).Fast and friendly service, good atmosphere, and delicious food. I'm already looking forward to going back.Just an fyi at the time of this posting they do not serve alcohol so no mimosas for brunch! Coffee was good though.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options and they aren't just an after thought, they're delicious. The veggie burger is amazing whether or not you're vegetarian.
The hummus tastes like vinegar and the the lemon garlic mayo definitely tastes closer to Mayo; not like the authentic Middle Eastern garlic dip that goes on a schwarma. The fries are tolerable, but not worth coming back for!
