Orient Express Webb City

I used to love this place but the last few times I've come here to get food it hasn't been a good experience. I ordered an orange chicken lunch the other day and the chicken was dry, chewy, and tasted old like it had been sitting out for several hours. The pieces of chicken I attempted to eat just turned into chewy stringy bits in my mouth and I ended up having to spit them out because they weren't even digestible. It felt like I was chewing on a rubber band. I ate some of the fried rice, which itself was bland, and the egg roll and just ended up throwing the rest of it in the trash because the chicken wasn't even edible. Definitely not worth the $12 I paid. The portions are still generous but it hardly matters when the food isn't good. I don't know what happened to this place because the food wasn't always this bad. Sadly this is what kept me away for several months because this was the same experience I had the last time I was here. I was hoping it would be different yesterday, but the food just isn't good anymore and if I had to guess most of it is probably frozen because that's exactly how it tastes. Sorry to say I won't be coming back. There's plenty of other Chinese restaurants in the area where you can get better quality food at a much cheaper price.

I got thr orange chicken. it was huge chuncks of stringy chewy mystery. it was awful. I spit it out of my mouth it was that bad. I used to like orient express but will probably never try it again after this exprerience

Terrible Chinese food. Taste cheap/prepackaged can get better anywhere else.

Food was good ? The service was not super fast. Food is really good and fresh. The people taking the orders could have been a little bit nicer, but they weren't rude Parking: They have handicap parking but the entrance is a little difficult to get in if you guys have a wheelchair. Good food, fair prices, great service. And I appreciate the respect for the 2nd ammendment. I'll be back.
