It's tidy and quiet, making it a comfortable place for families. **Parking:** There is plenty of parking available in this spacious plaza. **Wheelchair Accessibility:** The entrance and seating area are wheelchair accessible.

The service was awful. Although there are plenty of staff members, they spend most of their time chatting instead of attending to customers. After waiting for them to finish their conversation, one of them finally took my order, but I wasn’t given a receipt or an order number—nothing at all. I waited for almost 10 minutes for my order and had to ask for an update. Eventually, someone called out my order, which had clearly been sitting there for a while, along with others. Overall, it was just a frustrating experience.

As for parking, it's not easy to get in and out since it's shared with a Wendy's, and it’s always crowded.

Please don't take orders if you don't have time to interact with customers. We waited nearly seven minutes at the drive-thru for just one small coffee, and no one came to assist us. We had to honk to get the employees' attention. Finally, a guy brought out our coffee and shut the window without any greeting or apology. The service was, as usual, disappointing.

One of the highlights of this branch is the amazing staff. They are not only helpful but also incredibly friendly. It feels like they can read my mind, anticipating my needs even before I say anything. Their familiarity with me is quite remarkable, especially considering how often I visit. I genuinely appreciate how they always go the extra mile to assist me whenever I need help. Beyond the exceptional service, the cleanliness of this location is always impressive. It's clear that management takes great pride in keeping a tidy environment for customers. However, I recently found out that the branch is temporarily closed for renovations. While that news was initially disappointing, I’m optimistic that the outcome will be a space even more focused on providing excellent service and an enhanced experience for everyone. Overall, this Tim Horton's has truly earned its place as my favorite breakfast spot. With its friendly and attentive staff, along with a consistently clean and welcoming atmosphere, it’s evident that this establishment genuinely values its customers. I’m looking forward to its reopening post-renovation, as I’m confident it will continue to offer the same dedication and outstanding service that makes it stand out to me.
