Every time I place an online order, it’s never ready even though I’ve already paid, which leads to wasting 15 to 20 minutes waiting around and always running late. If you’re lucky enough to get your order right, that’s a bonus. After giving this location several chances, I’ve decided today will be the last time I visit. From now on, I won’t be returning to this Tim Hortons. They charge for everything and fail to deliver. Yet again, I received half of the wrong order, and now I’m out of both money and food that I can’t eat. I’m extremely disappointed. I strongly recommend that everyone avoid this location.
I highly recommend the small triple triple drink (please don’t judge me for craving a little extra sweetness) along with a biscuit sandwich stuffed with egg and cheese, paired with a hash brown on the side. The service here is outstanding, whether you're at the drive-thru or dining in. Just be prepared for longer wait times on weekends, but overall, it’s a fantastic place!
Like all Tim Hortons, this is a nice place for snacks. I particularly enjoy the French Vanilla here; it's well-balanced compared to other locations. I usually visit in the evenings, and I've noticed that the staff during that time are much friendlier than in the morning. They're not rude or impolite in the morning, but the evening team is just more welcoming. It's a great spot for a quick bite, though the only downside is that the space can feel a bit cramped. Overall, everything else is quite good!
The drive-thru was quite busy, which likely contributed to the delays for walk-in customers like me. I found myself waiting a long time just for a latte, and when it finally arrived, it was only partially made and had been left at the machine. When I inquired about it, they quickly located it. They offered to remake it if I wished, but since it was still warm, I chose to take it and leave, as I was already late for my appointment. I might consider coming back in the future, but I’ll likely steer clear of the morning rush.
I find myself agreeing with many of the negative reviews about this Tim Hortons location. It took 18 minutes for them to serve me an egg and cheese biscuit with two hash browns, which is a long wait considering I can confirm the time with my receipt. If you're in a rush, I suggest steering clear of this place unless you're just stopping for coffee or tea. I'm not sure who manages operations here, but even with over 15 employees behind the counter, the efficiency and speed of service are quite lacking. Waiting 18 minutes for a sandwich and hash browns is simply unacceptable! This location often feels chaotic, and there seem to be too many staff members who aren’t in much of a hurry to deliver decent customer service. On a positive note, I did notice 1 or 2 employees who were genuinely working hard. Kudos to them for their efforts!
