The food quality and customer service here are excellent. The restaurant is very tidy and clean. I enjoy coming here with my friends, as they always serve fresh dishes.

I ordered a medium chicken pizza, and the taste was alright, nothing special. However, the service was quick; my order was ready in just 12 minutes. One odd thing was that they didn't have boxes for medium pizzas, so they put my pizza in an extra-large box. Unfortunately, the atmosphere left much to be desired—the place wasn't clean, and the tables were quite messy. While I waited for my order in the dining area, two staff members were emptying the trash and seemed completely indifferent to the fact that customers were present.

I recently had the wonderful opportunity to visit this pizza shop, and it was truly a delightful experience. As soon as I walked in, the mouthwatering aroma of freshly baked pizza greeted me, instantly whetting my appetite. The shop exuded a warm and welcoming vibe, complemented by friendly staff eager to assist customers. I was particularly impressed by the extensive selection of pizza options they offered, ranging from classic favorites to creative and unique combinations. The service was outstanding; the staff members were not only friendly but also knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about their pizzas. They patiently addressed all my inquiries and provided fantastic recommendations tailored to my tastes.

I've visited this restaurant twice, and both times the staff were too busy having loud conversations in Punjabi. I waited intentionally to see how long it would take for someone to assist me, and after standing there for 7 minutes, I finally received an offer for help. By that point, I definitely didn't feel comfortable leaving my money or a tip. I live just two minutes away and love pizza, but I’d rather go to Subway for better service instead.

UPDATE: After receiving a standard reply from the pizza owner below, which didn’t include any contact information for further discussion, I’m still not satisfied with the service.
