Hygiene habits are disgusting here.Hands will be on the cash register, unloading products in fridges or touching unclean surfaces, like a mop and without washing their hands, customers are then served. I can't imagine what they do after using the washroom.Happened to me thrice. First time, it was late night when I entered and the guy was at the register. He came over, put on gloves and began serving. I didn't say anything but was visibly distressed. Went home and threw my sub in the oven.Second time, I walked in and saw one of two guys mopping the floor. He came over to serve me without hand washing. I asked him to wash his hands and he complied. He thoroughly washed his hands with soap before putting on disposable plastic gloves and made my sandwich but he was annoyed.The last and final straw is entering today and seeing a worker in the back stocking products. She came over to put on gloves. I asked her to please wash her hands first. She ran them under water without soap. I said you didn't wash your hands properly and she responded, I have a bandaid on my finger..I was hesitant to continue with my order but short on time and regretfully proceeded. Asked for a turkey breast sub on whole wheat. She was ticked off about hand washing and didn't hear what I ordered, instead pulling out flat bread, so I corrected her. Now she was even more pissed. One mishap I'd overlook but everything was a disaster thereafter. She sliced the bread unevenly without a care, filling the sub with toppings that fell out as I unwrapped it. Due to suspect hygiene habits, I asked for a lot of hot peppers and the sandwich be grilled.She handed me my order very displeased. You'd think I murdered her dog.. Jesus!Public Health needs to come through for an inspection and see this for themselves. It's bad! Ironically, there's a violation previously listed..Speaking to a colleague about my experience at this location, they mentioned that they too have observed a lack of hygiene. Also, produce is not always fresh and workers go between making salami sandwiches and other types without consideration when serving Muslims.I remember when Mr. Sub was quality. It surely has gone downhill over the years..In case you haven't gathered I will not be returning.
