My family and I have been going to Jollibee for many years, our experience in the GTA locations have been great until Jollibee Square One. Went to this location about three to four times and never got a single order right. Items always missing, incorrect food in my order, etc. On top of this, their customer service can be so much better staff never apologized for any inconvenience, location never picks up the phone (after being on hold for almost 1 hour) and no one ever reaches out after filling out a dissatisfied customer survey. If I can give 0 stars I would.

They make good fried chicken and it is very juicy inside. The pieces are very large, extreme gmo engineered chickens. We had the spicy and it is true spicy but not too much, which is good level. Other places just give you spicy sauce, or only breading is spicy, thank you Jollibee for making it spicy to the bone. We had the bucket fries and they included the gravy (is the gravy free?? which is superior to any Poppeys or KFC gravy. Prices are very good, and the people working were very friendly at this location, even though it was extremely busy and hectic. You are in one of the most popular malls in North America, be prepared to wait a lot at lunch on weekends. Do some shopping while you wait. Very few tables available for dine in, when it is busy. Overall I would say the main chicken pieces are superior to other fast food chains at this time.Parking: Valet parking right outside this store.

I ordered 10 pc Bucket +5 pies and 5 sides, and additional 3 more pies but i got 3 fries and mashed potatoes, but the mashed potatoes are missing! How can i returned if i live in Hamilton. Im so disappointed!!! Itried to call the number but ko one pick up the ohone!!!
