This is the worst Ice Cream place ever, the Person who took my order was so rude and had such an attitude. I was rushed along and they pretty much threw my ice cream on the counter.10/10 do not recommend.

We have often visited the 1248 Dundas Street location. Went there a few days ago before 9:30pm but some of the lights were off. Went in, an employee saw us and said they were closed! more than 30 minutes before their advertised closing time on Google??!! The same thing happened to us on a couple of other locations in the past. Someone else got our business. Come on Dairy Queen, either close when advertised or change the closing time on Google!Parking: available

Bad service store closing time is 10pm we are here at 9:40pm but doors are looked we see an employee we waved her but she said store is close they close the store before 20 mints of closing time.

I visited this location today I have my birthday coupon which was valid till September 15 and the lady over the counter. She was Indian and she said she don’t know how to do it. So I think there should be trained employees over the counter is to help the customers to give good customer service. I asked the lady over-the-counter her name. She didn’t give me the name. I told her that we always come here and if you are unable to put this coupon in you can manually change it but she said no. I can’t do anything. I don’t know how to do it so I think there should be some professionalism. I went with the coupon and I didn’t get anything just because of untrained employees.

Came in at 9-20pm and we were refused to order burgers because the kitchen was closed. Never had this issue at other locations.
