Burger was good. A little pricey but to be expected at the airport. Managed to get a chunk of bone in my burger. May have chipped a tooth biting into the burger.

Too bad I didn’t see the reviews first. Bad service followed by a very expensive burger. Seeing how it’s made for others made rethink and regret so I asked for a refund. Team were nice to do it quickly.

Don’t waste your time or money here. Concept is good but your hopes are immediately diminished by the less than indifferent service and a very average burger. The fries were season less, despite the seasoning salt pails on display and tasted like cold McCain oven-able fries.

Quite simply a burger place that doesn’t serve burgers. Tried to order, out of everything except cheeseburgers. No fries available. I don’t think the staff could care annyyyyyy less. The Pearson airport food selection is terrible, and of all the places the service here is about as bad as you could possibly get.
