Papa Johns Pizza - Weaverville

I don’t know what’s going on with this location but the last two times we have ordered from here our pizzas have been wrong. Definitely check your order before you leave because it most likely won’t be correct.

Great food customer service is okay. It's not excellent, it's not bad.I really don't know what to say about the atmosphere. Because there's no dine in, so you don't really have an atmosphere. It's just like Little Caesars running in grab it and leave. They do have a lot more choices than most pizza places.. some pretty good deals if you have the app downloaded And with the app you get a rewards program ? Vegetarian options: They have every vegetable that can be put on a pizza so your options are pretty good Parking: It's in a complex with three or four other businesses so there's plenty of parking day or night Kid-friendliness: They are very friendly to kids when I take them in with me. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

This would be 5 stars because it’s dank but the CEO of this company is horrible… and yet I still pay for it

Ordered pizza at 8:33. It's almost 10pm and it still hasn't arrived. When I called there was only a apology. No offer for a free pizza or a refund. This places customer service sucks and they are always super slow. Last time I ever order from papa johns.

Never on time. Specify a pick up time an hour in advance. Come in, tell me it’s going to be 5 mins, 20 mins later they tell me they haven’t even put it in the oven.
