Bidrage med feedbackThe service was slow, it seemed like they were not prepared for how busy they were. The ambiance was nothing special, very casual with low-end chairs. However, the tables were wonderful and the food was delicious! My husband had the New York steak, which was tender, perfectly cooked medium rare, and well seasoned. I had a delicious burger. My 8-year-old nephew had a simple burger and thought it was genius. The beer battered fries were some of the best I've ever had, and the beer added a wonderful touch to the meal.
The restaurant had a promising start but now only operates from 5 to 8 in the evening. The prices are slightly higher than average and the food is decent, but the quality of the dishes and the ambience of the restaurant do not justify the prices.
It is not often that I take the time to write a review unless I really love or really hate the experience, but I felt compelled to share about this hidden gem. My family and I were visiting a small town for the day and when we arrived, we were unsure of where to eat. We turned to Yelp for recommendations and found this place. The restaurant was simply decorated with too many white walls for my liking – a colored accent wall would have added some interest to the dining room. Initially, we thought about trying another restaurant as the waitress didn't seem very friendly, but we decided to stay and I'm glad we did. I ordered the black and blue burger, my dad had the Philly cheesesteak, and my mom had the portobello mushroom burger. They were all delicious and I don't say that lightly. We usually drive an hour to Dunsmuir for good burgers, but these local burgers were just as good. So even though the atmosphere may seem lacking, the food more than makes up for it!
We eat here a few times in the week and love everything we get. keep them the great job brian. always fresh, tasty and plenty to eat.
Best food in Weaverville by a mile. Absolutely fantastic ribs, tacos, and other amazing dishes. Can't recommend this new establishment enough. If you're driving 299 between Redding and the Coast, this is your best bet to stop for a bite along the way
