Giannis Steakhouse - WAYZATA

Never disappoints!! We have been coming for years for family celebrations and the food and service is always impeccable! We visit steakhouses whenever we travel and have yet to find one we like better than Gianni's! Our server Dusty was great, the sommelier very helpful, and the ambiance always good energy. Look forward to our next culinary experience at Gianni's!

Our favorite place for dinner out in Wayzata. As steakhouses go, the prices are reasonable. We love the crispy garlic toasts and the spun salad, custom to what we want in it. Steaks are always perfectly done and the hash browns are a don't miss! Seafood selections are always very good. If you like lamb shops, they are great! A gem in Wayzata!

Went there for happy hour and learned you can only get it in the bar area. I'm gluten free and could only eat a few of the apps. Also didn't have a gluten free bun for the steak burger. Good food once it came but wish it was a bit easier.

Love this restaurant so much. A family and friend favorite. For a special dinner or a casual one, Giannis is perfect. The service is 5 star and the overall ambience is cozy and comfortable. The food most importantly is truly outstanding. Nothing esoteric so if you're looking for mushroom foam on a crudite this is not your place. If you're wanting high quality meats and fish prepared exquisitely than Giannis is not to be missed! Thank you Teri Huml for another wonderful family night at Giannis!

We tried Giannis based on a recommendation from a friend. We were less than impressed. I ordered the $95 Delmanico wagyu steak medium plus. The steak was moving raw when I sent it back it was still raw in the middle. The manager made good my comping our meal including my wife's entree and added free dessert. Needless to say we will not be returning and would not recommend this place.
