Crisp Green - WAYZATA

I visited the restaurant in Wayzata, Minnesota. I had to wait in line for at least 20 to 25 minutes. The staff was very understaffed and there was no manager present, as they had apparently just left. The young employees were doing their best, but I believe the issues were due to poor management rather than their efforts. Overall, the service was rated a 2 out of 5. The meal type was dinner and the price per person ranged from $10–20. The food was rated a 4 out of 5 and the atmosphere was rated a 2 out of 5.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, but unfortunately their management leaves much to be desired. The final straw for me was waiting over 30 minutes past the pickup time for my online order, while they prioritized walk-in customers. It took almost 50 minutes to receive my two wraps. I suggest going to a different location to avoid this chaotic experience. Although I love the food, I will only be ordering from the Maple Grove location in the future, if at all.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I found the salad setup to be quite unique. Despite being short-staffed and having a long line out the door, the staff still managed to provide good service. I felt sorry for them as they seemed to be working hard. I dined in for dinner and found the price per person to be between $10-20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 4 out of 5.
