Absolutely fantastic! Delicious food, great choices and gluten free, dairy free, corn free choices. Great place if you have any allergies or special food requests. This place is a hidden gem!

What an adorable place. Due to it being so small we were completely taken care of and Ms. Elaine went above an beyond. I had the southwest bake and an English toffee latte, my husband had the Mediterranean wrap and a smoothie. Our children picked the chicken and cheese wrap and the pb and j wrap. The food was beyond amazing, and I would say more flavor that the flavors that is in the other location in centerville. The service was amazing, there are cute gifts and homemade food items and the ice cream is dairy free!!!!! All in all I am very amazed and will be my go to place for smoothies. I will be driving to this location next time I am craving flavors. This has become my favorite flavors Cafe over Lebanon and Waynesville. Ms. Elaine and Mr. Rich are truly kind hearted individuals, I felt blessed meeting them!

Super eating great atmosphere friendly personal fair prices. I wish I had a flavor in my kitchen. I have nothing from the menu I don't eat 100x again! thank you for being so close to the work.

Heard about flavors by friends! owners were very nice and eating was very fresh and healthy! I would recommend stopping here when they come through waynesville!
