Starbucks - Wayne

I visit this restaurant frequently because it's the closest to my home, but I consistently find it to be very crowded and slow, regardless of when I go. On my last visit, I waited at the drive-thru for 10 minutes before anyone took my order. Going inside isn't any quicker; even when I order through the app, I don't get served any faster. The staff really needs to improve their multitasking skills and keep up with the demand. Additionally, they often get my drink orders wrong.

My order came out to $12, so I gave the young cashier a gift card that had $20. After scanning the card I asked for the gift card back. The young girl then proceeded to tell me that there was no money left on the card. I told her repeatedly that there was and I wanted my gift card back, but she refused to give me back my gift card. Considering I was in the drive through and there was car behind me I left. Price per person: $10–20

I had my first coffee of the morning and experienced the worst service ever. It's disappointing to see that racism still exists in 2023. ANDREA, the lady who served me, was the rudest person I have ever encountered in a Starbucks. Overall, the service and atmosphere were both rated at 1 star.
