Panera Bread - Wayne

The Mediterranean Bowl with Chicken has become my new favorite dish. The hummus is excellent, and the tahini sauce complements it perfectly. The chicken is a great addition, the olives are delicious, and the combination of rice and quinoa really elevates the meal. On the other hand, the Baja Bowl felt a bit overloaded for my taste; although it was fresh and well-prepared, it had too many ingredients packed into a small bowl for my liking.

The Broccoli Cheddar Mac and Cheese was quite soggy and tasted more like soup with macaroni mixed in rather than the creamy, cheesy dish I expected. I was really disappointed.

I placed an online order for a turkey sandwich with American cheese (which cost an extra $0.69) for drive-thru pickup. However, when I got home and opened my sandwich, I found that it was a turkey avocado BLT instead. This was not what I ordered! I don't eat pork, which is why I specifically chose a regular turkey sandwich. I’m not sure if this mix-up happened due to a lunch rush or simply lack of attention, but I don't plan on ordering from this Panera location again.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I would recommend avoiding this location altogether. The staff seemed either untrained or uninterested, and it was clear that the manager was not attentive. The food was poor, and the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired.

Absolutely amazing service! The place was spotless, and the food was fresh and delicious!
