Bidrage med feedbackI placed an order around 11:07 because I noticed they closed at 12. I then received a notification that my order was cancelled. When I called to inquire about it, I was in the midst of explaining my situation when the employee interrupted me, expressing his indifference. He mentioned that they had no drivers available and that the food was put away, offering excuse after excuse. All I wanted was a little understanding and a clear explanation. If the interaction had been better, I probably wouldn't have felt the need to write this review. Wishing you a good night, Domino's.
So incredibly rude. My order was canceled as they do not have any delivery drivers. Not sure how they can't find anybody to deliver pizza, they charge $4 for delivery and get a tip on top of that. They charged my credit card even though they were theones that canceled my order. Apparently the manager has no control to reimburse me. She was very rude as well. I'm onlylooking for my money back.
However, before hitting the post button, I tried to see things from his perspective. Perhaps he was working long hours and having trouble pronouncing words, or maybe I just wasn't used to his accent. After a while, he did return to the counter, likely after a fellow employee spoke to him. In hindsight, I should have ordered on my phone in advance and simply picked it up at the counter, as that would have avoided any conflict. Unfortunately, my phone battery died just then. While I don’t condone his behavior, I do recognize his commitment to his job. I would love to visit this place again when I return to Pennsylvania, and next time I’ll make sure to order through my phone, which should make things easier for both of us. I hope Domino's can find a way to prevent similar misunderstandings in the future.
Worst customer service we ever got.male person today at 7:40 pm was so rude. He put veggies after baking pizza and we told him. He said we don?t want it and this guy said I am calling cops. We said ok go ahead. We told him we don?t want pizza please refundit and he was not willing to do so. We always order from this store. Girl working there is so nice and smiling but this guy wasnot good. For owner as franchisee I don?t want to review negative but this guy was very rude. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the unfriendly staff. On several occasions, the employees were quite rude to me. Additionally, my orders frequently took over an hour to be ready, despite being initially promised within 25 minutes. There was one time when I never received my pizza because they inexplicably closed in the middle of the day, even though the payment had already been deducted from my account. When I called to request a refund, they assured me it would be taken care of, but nothing happened. I tried calling several more times without any response. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charge with my bank.
