Burger King - Wayne

The management at this restaurant is very poor. I ordered breakfast for my children online and when I asked if water could be replaced with coffee since my children do not drink coffee and the app did not offer any other options, I was met with a lot of resistance in finding a solution. The employee handling my order was unpleasant and aggressive. When I requested to speak to the manager, Damian (who refused to give me his name until I insisted), became even more unhelpful and acted as though I was the problem when all I wanted was a resolution. He repeatedly insisted that I should not expect them to substitute the waters for free and instead suggested that I buy them. I believe that this lack of management skills to handle customer concerns is unacceptable. I will be contacting the company office to report this incident, as I felt disrespected and was made to feel like the problem when all I wanted was a simple substitution. I even offered to pay the difference when the water was more expensive, but was still denied. I give this Burger King location on Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne a failing grade and would not recommend it to others.

I ordered one thing, but received something different. I would have preferred either of the other two options on the menu.

I ordered the Impossible Yen Son sandwich for $8. The sandwich was at its best when lukewarm, but it had too much salt in it.

Now, besides the fact that they have screwed up my order several times, I now find out that they don't make the oreo shake any more at this place. that is a good way to lose customers

I drove right past the restaurant twice… missed it completely as there wasn’t a single light turned on outside the location.... That should have been the first indication that this was not a good idea. As noted by other reviewers, the parking lot is very much in need of attention.As soon as I walked in, I was just amazed as to just how dirty and dingy the restaurant itself looked… and at a couple of points, my shoes were actually sticking to the floor. I counted 3 or 4 separate machines (two soda and the shake machine) that had signs posted on them that read ‘Out of Order’. The every stainless steel surface in the food prep area just looked like it needed a cleaning and just did not instill me with a sense of confidence that placing an order here was a good idea.There are other options for food in the area… I suggest going there instead.
