I've been eating here for 12 years and never disappointed. My usual is house salad fried. Always fresh with clean dining, restrooms, and friendly staff. I'm a picky eater so to get a 5 rating from me is definitely earned.

Three times I've received double fries against my wishes instead of slaw. I've made a point to please not give me double fries. I want the slaw. Nope. The employees cannot be bothered. Everytime they ask, I say no. This last time it was supposed to be free per manager since they screwed up twice before, I said my name they claimed to have no record. Whatever, didn't push the issue. I received double fries once again. I'm done. 14 bucks is too much for 6 heavily breaded fingers anyway. Everyone says it's better than chick fil a but at least they get my order right 99% of the time and the employees don't act like they hate life. The service industry in general is on a downhill spiral anyway, and this restaurant proves to be no exception.
