Kfc - Waycross

We will never get KFC again!! It’s our Anniversary and these days money is dear, but we chose KFC as a “treat”. Our food was cold, our corn was BROWN, 2 of our 8 pieces were small wings with very little meat and a lot of breading. We called customer service and we were kept on hold for OVER an hour, only to be told that 50% refund was all they could do, and we could expect that in 72 business hours!!! Very disappointing!

Chicken was so dry that if I didn’t have a drink to wash it down I would’ve died right there , very unorganized restaurant staff, terrible cook , I don’t know who seasons the chicken but I’ve seen better coming from a middle school cooking class ,I expected better from a restaurant that’s been in business since 1952

The food was great and the employees were very helpful

Went thru drive thru, order was correct but the chicken wasn't good. It didn't taste seasoned and tasted old.

Pot pie was absolutely burned and you could taste it.
